The United Brain Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that supports education and research into over 600 brain and mental health-related issues and disorders affecting us today and our children tomorrow.
Through our website and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, we provide resources on over 450 neurological and psychological issues. This includes descriptions, detection methods, causes, treatments, caregiver tips, and ongoing research. Our platforms also feature community-written Brain Stories, offering guidance and inspiration to those recently diagnosed and those seeking understanding.
Our mission is to address all aspects of brain and mental health with equal respect and determination, recognizing that these issues are rooted in the mind. At the United Brain Association, No Mind is Left Behind.
We are funded by the endowment of our Founder, John Boulton, and crowd-sourced contributions from our growing community. We have supported research into Depression, Parkinson’s Disease, and Eating Disorders at Johns Hopkins, PTSD at Yale, Alcohol Use Disorder at NYU Langone, and Epilepsy at the University of Arizona. With community support, we aim to advance research in the evolving field of human cognition.
